Installing Debian Testing - Unimplemented Function

Hi Everyone!

I've used Arch for most of my Linux experience, and I'm taking the first steps in Debian world.
I successfully installed bookworm on an old laptop, but wanted to install the "testing" branch on my main machine.

I have been trying, but both the netinst and the full DVD iso are prompting me with the same error when booting from the USB and selecting the Graphical install option:

"E: Unimplemented function"

And it just gets stuck there, nothing i can do other than restart.

Using the "normal" Install seems to be working fine. I have no problem using this option, but was wondering.
Bookworm USB stick also boots Graphic Install normally.

Thanks for any insight.
Cheers!

Hello, welcome to the forums and welcome to Debian!

According to the Debian Wiki
The reliable way to install testing from scratch is to do a minimal installation with the stable installer, then upgrade from stable to testing
The testing images are there more to test the installer and report bugs when you are experienced.

Note: moved to the "Testing And Unstable" subforum as your question is about testing.
