For some reason I can no longer reach forums.debian.net from my home network; I have to use a VPN. It's been several months since I've last used it, so I don't know exactly when this started.
From my network, I can resolve it, but cannot ping, and the web page itself won't load. From VPN, both ping and the website works fine, and my account is obviously still active.
Strangely, I can traceroute all the way there. Not sure if someone has blocked my IP, but I'm hoping I can find a person to contact that can look at this.
Thanks!!

@donald
Thank you for responding! I still cannot access the forums, and it does appear to be a block because I am getting TCP resets back from the forum IP (159.69.48.177). I sent you an additional email with the packet capture.
Thanks again!!

Re: [Discussion] Cannot access forums from my home network
I'm actually using https://forums.debian.net, not the IP. The reason I provided the IP is because I sent the admin a sniffer capture which shows the connection is being terminated at the IP belonging to the forums.
Thanks for the response!
