I am relatively new to linux. I have spent hours looking at various distros and had settled on Debian. Great! However I have tried and tried, but regardless of how I try and all the posts and videos I have watched, I cannot get Debian to boot after installation. I have tried multiple distros including mint, manjaro, Pop OS! Ubuntu. Hell, I even managed to get Arch to install and boot without any problems. I have created bootable USB with the LIVE ISO images for KDE and GNOME. and also tried just running the installer rather than installing from the LIVE system loaded. My system information is here:

I am attempting to install on ID-1: /dev/nvme0n1 vendor: Samsung model: PM961 NVMe 256GB size: 238.47 GiB. I have tried installing leaving the partitions from my current mint install in place, removing all partitions to attempt a "from scratch" install. and all have failed. The message I get is that there is no bootable drive. In my BIOS I have ACHI and UEFI enabled. Sure Boot Disabled (tried with it enabled as well). I have tried disabling everything except the SSD I want to install on all to no avail. It only with Debian that I have had any issues with this.
Can someone help an old man out?
