Hi everyone,
I’m trying to install Debian in VirtualBox (https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads), but I’m encountering a memory error during the installation process. My system has 4 GB of PC4-25600 DDR4 memory ([.. moderator edit ..]). Despite allocating what I believe should be enough memory to the virtual machine, VirtualBox keeps showing a memory-related error.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Why might VirtualBox be showing this error, and what can I do to resolve it?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: Memory Error During Debian Installation in VirtualBox
You not adjusting the amount of ram that your giving your VM to account for both what your host OS and your Virtualization application. It may be a good idea to invest in more psychical memory(ram) for your host machine.
