kodi 20 addon update
I know that Debian maintains their own Kodi repositories. How can I request that the maintainers update the package to the latest verison? There was a very recent bug fix that bumped the version to 20.4.0. I've tested that fix on Ubuntu but my main systems are on Debian 12.

I'm a bit slow. The tracker page only tells me the current state of things. I created a login but that doesn't let me do anything. It's not clear that anyone is monitoring that site. Some of the requests have not been done or commented on.

Well it does show the maintainer and uploader contact info. I would not suggest a simple 'user' question of 'when?' since I'm sure their plate is full.
If you are adventurous you could patch it up! I don't follow kodi myself with its great bulk. I use gnutv in a my own tk/tcl program and it was broken for bookworm a year ago and still didn't make the cut. Sometimes we just have to do it for ourselves!
