Thank you very much. I've turned off the swap, I'll try changing wayand for x server tomorrow, I think the swap may have been on the drive in question. I'll try removing it if necessary, right now it seems it's old but idk if it's worst than that i have that with smartctl :

Repeated crashes
Hi, I have installed debian 12 since about a month and I've had a lot of crashing, it occurs at random times without obvious inciting incident, it happens around once a day. For some days I have registered the journalctl (I used sudo journalctl --since 'the time it happened') logs around the incident and can't find a common thing. I'm kinda tech savy but have no expertise in the domain and I'm struggling figuring out what to do. I'll put the logs here, if anyone has an idea what it is, hardware ...
